We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated ACA Fronters to join our team. As a Fronter, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your role is to engage with customers over the phone, introduce ACA health plans, gather essential information, and transfer qualified leads to verifiers. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding ACA health plans.
  • Clearly introduce and explain the purpose of the call.
  • Collect and document basic customer details accurately.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients for further verification.
  • Transfer eligible calls to the verification team.
  • Maintain professionalism and follow company scripts and compliance guidelines.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance and call targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence and a positive attitude when speaking with clients.
  • Ability to follow scripts and handle objections effectively.
  • Previous call centre or telemarketing experience (preferred).
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Punctuality, consistency, and willingness to learn.
