


Job Description:
We are hiring dedicated and confident Self-Verification Specialists for our ACA campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Self verification process in a call. You will connect with clients, explain ACA plans, gather necessary details, and then verify the information for accuracy and compliance. This dual role is designed for individuals who can manage end-to-end client interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients regarding ACA plans.
- Engage with customers, explain ACA benefits, and answer basic queries.
- Collect required information such as personal details and eligibility data.
- Verify collected information during the same call to ensure compliance.
- Accurately record and update client data in the system.
- Adhere to company guidelines, scripts, and ACA compliance policies.
- Meet or exceed performance and quality assurance targets.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in ACA campaigns, sales, or verification (preferred).
- Ability to handle both customer engagement and verification independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills.
- Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and goal-oriented mindset.
