Junior Fronter

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Fronters to join our ACA team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to begin their career in the call centre industry. As a Junior Fronter, you will connect with potential clients, introduce the campaign, and gather basic information before transferring the call for verification. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts.
• Introduce the company and purpose of the call in a clear and polite manner.
• Forward qualified calls to verifiers.
• Follow instructions and scripts carefully to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach on every call.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (basic level acceptable for starters).
• No prior experience required (training will be provided).
• Eagerness to learn and improve communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and scripts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and teamwork mindset.
